Our cookies are made fresh, flash frozen, and shipped cold to preserve taste and quality. Once thawed, they’re best enjoyed within 4–5 days, so we take timing seriously.

 

• Shipping Days: We ship Monday–Wednesday to avoid weekend delays.

• Delivery Time: Most orders arrive within 2–3 business days after shipment.

• Packaging: Your cookies are shipped with eco-friendly insulation and cold packs to keep them safe and fresh.

• They WILL NOT ARRIVA FTOZEN. don’t be alarmed. That’s completely ok.

Our cookies are best re frozen upon anrrival until ready to eat. When they arrive, you can:

 

• Eat them thawed within 4–5 days

• Or refreeze them to extend their life
